Congratulations to our CEO, Dato’ Ir. Dr. GUE See Sew for being awarded the International Medal Winner of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Awards 2020 on Monday, 5 October 2020. The ICE Awards is an annual awards ceremony to recognize outstanding achievements and contributions of civil engineers to the profession and the Institution. One of the categories is the International Medal, given to a civil engineer with outstanding contribution to the civil engineering outside United Kingdom, OR a resident outside United Kingdom with outstanding contribution to the civil engineering inside United Kingdom.
An article by Senior Director Ir. Dr. Tan Yean Chin titled “Opportunities & Challenges faced by Professional Engineers in Mega Infrastructure Projects” has been published in BEM Ingenieur (Vol. 81, 2020).
Ir. Dr. Tan Yean Chin has been appointed as industry advisor for UTM (University Teknologi Malaysia) School of Civil Engineering for year 2020/2022
